After an amazing and successful first year at Venture Personnel we are proud to announce we are now a credited member of REC (The Recruitment & Employment Confederation). Venture Personnel prides ourselves on being experts within our field, and proficient in what we believe in. Our strength is finding the right candidates for the right vacancies and building successful relationships with both our clients and candidates alike.

We believe in looking after our clients and providing them with a quality service so that they never have to look elsewhere. At the same time we look after our candidates so that they feel at ease with us and feel confident in the knowledge that we will find them there dream job.
