Well as everyone knows the "credit crunch" is hitting everyone hard. Here at Venture Personnel we have always had a healthy through flow of candidates seeking career progression. Now we are seeing more candidate who are either needing a higher income due to an increase in financial commitments, or have been hit even harder, by being made redundant.

As we are committed to providing a professional service to all our candidates, the good news is we have recruited two more experienced consultants to help support our local community.

Bigger & Better!

Venture Personnel are delighted to announce that due to our continued success we have moved to bigger premises! Our new offices can be found directly opposite our old ones at 69 Upper St John Street, Lichfield Staffs, WS14 9DT

We feel this move is essential to the growth of our company and the development of the Venture Personnel brand. Here at Venture we now feel able to service our clients and candidates to a much higher standard, creating a precedent amongst local recruitment agencies.

After an amazing and successful first year at Venture Personnel we are proud to announce we are now a credited member of REC (The Recruitment & Employment Confederation). Venture Personnel prides ourselves on being experts within our field, and proficient in what we believe in.
